By joining the AppsLeisure Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Affiliates earn a recurring commission equal to 40% of subscription payments made by customers they successfully refer to AppsLeisure.
Commissions are paid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date the referred customer becomes a paying subscriber.
Commission payments apply only while the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription. If a subscription is cancelled, suspended, refunded, or otherwise terminated, future commission payments relating to that subscription will cease.
All commissions are subject to a 30-day approval period.
This approval period allows AppsLeisure to verify payments, account status, refunds, chargebacks, and subscription validity.
Commissions will only become payable once the referred customer’s payment has successfully cleared and the account remains active during the approval period.
Approved commissions are paid monthly.
Payments are issued approximately 30 days after the end of the applicable billing period.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain accurate and up to date.
AppsLeisure reserves the right to delay payments if additional verification is required.
Referrals are tracked using affiliate links and cookies.
The AppsLeisure Affiliate Program currently uses a 60-day tracking cookie. If a prospective customer clicks an affiliate link and subscribes within the cookie period, the affiliate will generally receive credit for the referral.
Referral attribution is determined by AppsLeisure’s tracking systems and records. In the event of conflicting claims, AppsLeisure’s records shall be considered final.
Affiliates may request custom discount codes for promotional purposes.
AppsLeisure may approve, reject, modify, or withdraw discount codes at its sole discretion.
Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the final amount paid by the customer after any discounts, promotional offers, credits, or adjustments have been applied.
Subscription Price: $399/month
Discount Applied: 10%
Customer Pays: $359.10/month
Affiliate Commission (40%): $143.64/month
If a referred customer upgrades to a higher subscription plan, affiliate commissions will automatically be recalculated based on the new subscription amount.
If a customer downgrades to a lower plan, commissions will be adjusted accordingly.
Commission payments will continue only for the remainder of the original 12-month commission period.
Affiliates may not:
Make false or misleading claims about AppsLeisure.
Impersonate AppsLeisure employees or representatives.
Bid on AppsLeisure brand names or trademarks in paid advertising without written permission.
Engage in spam, unsolicited email marketing, or other unlawful promotional methods.
Use deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.
Create fake accounts or generate self-referrals.
Offer unauthorized discounts, incentives, rebates, or guarantees.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates may not earn commissions on subscriptions purchased for themselves, their own business, or any entity under their ownership or control.
AppsLeisure reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies as a self-referral.
No commission is earned on refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or unpaid transactions.
If commission has already been credited for a transaction that is later refunded, charged back, or reversed, AppsLeisure reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future affiliate payments.
Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of AppsLeisure.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Affiliates are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, fees, or other obligations arising from commission payments received through the program.
AppsLeisure does not provide tax advice.
AppsLeisure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
Changes may include commission structures, payout schedules, tracking methods, eligibility requirements, promotional policies, or other program features.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
Upon termination, affiliates will remain eligible to receive approved commissions that were earned before termination, subject to these terms and conditions.
No commissions will be paid for referrals generated after termination.
AppsLeisure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
AppsLeisure’s total liability relating to the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commission amount paid to the affiliate during the preceding 12 months.
